Wild & Scenic Film Festival On Tour program seeks Associate Director
The Wild & Scenic Film Festival has an opening–are you right for the team? We are seeking a leader for our On Tour program. Currently in more than 150 communities across the globe, Wild & Scenic films inspire more than 30,000 people each year–and we’re growing. Make a difference in the environmental movement by leading this growth using film to inspire activism.
Now in its 9th year, WSFF On Tour provides a turn-key fundraiser, membership drive, and awareness-building event to other organizations offering a selection of films from SYRCL’s annual Wild & Scenic Film Festival held in Nevada City and Grass Valley, CA each January. The On Tour program is a major source of funding for the SYRCL’s river conservation work.

SYRCL’s River Education program seeks a River Education Coordinator
SYRCL is hiring a River Education Coordinator! SYRCL’s River Education Program aims to educate people of all ages to be informed and passionate stewards and lifelong advocates of the Yuba River watershed. The program primarily targets K-12 students, with additional opportunities for life-long learners. The River Education Coordinator will be responsible for implementing all of SYRCL’s current education programs, developing new programs, and assisting with fundraising to sustain the education program.
SYRCL’s active education programs include: water conservation school programs and assemblies; Salmon Tours rafting and walking trips; a science-based summer field program; and school programs associated with the Wild & Scenic Film Festival.
